1.	The invitational on sail Gremlin held on 24 February was a success. Five youth participated and had a good time in spite of being becalmed.
2.	Female leadership is needed for the Double Bayou sail March 15-16. Dorri to do if need be. Cost should be $15.
3.	We have a sailing opportunity to sail on 11 March with some Norwegian Sea Scouts. The sail would be on Gremlin and a number of SHAC boats
4.	We have three SEAS applicants, Mark H., Megan H., and Alexander F.
5.	We need a committee for Galveston base.
6.	A budget for boat maintenance was submitted.

Roger Boyer announced that the church kitchen is available for the spaghetti lunch fundraiser on 8 March. We need everybody here Saturday at the church around 7:30am.
Delivery drivers will leave at 11:00 with meals, which should be delivered by noon. We need two youth in work uniform for each delivery vehicle.

Mike H. discussed the Boaters Resale Shop flea market. We have an opportunity to set up a hot dog stand if we would like.
Josh W mentioned TMCA and the possibility of selling food at their nautical flea market.

Rob F. suggested that we form a committee to deal with slips when SHAC boats move to Lakewood. Mike H. to get information on the lease that Lakewood
just signed on the Strickler Building with GBSPS. The agreement could serve as a model for a future agreement regarding a pier at Lakewood.

The group discussed doing dinner for GBSPS. Their monthly meeting usually draws about 100 people. We would need a venue. Possibilities include
the Seabrook Community House, the Kemah Community Center, and others. Somebody mentioned that the chocolate fountain would be a good draw that that meeting.

Rob F. will be Adult Advisor for the Minto Rendezvous.

Kyle Bennett will get 2 SCUBA tanks for this weekend’s propeller replacement on Venture. Mike H. announced that Lakewood Yacht Service has offered
to donate a prop or $300 to the ship. The new prop should be a 13/9 LH 3 blade. Josh W. will contact regarding a possible donated prop for Venture.

Mike H. mentioned that several boats have leaks that need repair. Windows on Venture are not original, having been fabricated by the PO. Venture
has some deck delamination that needs repair. We need some epoxy. Josh W. to contact Blackburn Marine for a possible epoxy donation. Given repairs
needed on all boats, we need several gallons of epoxy.
